Mario Patyk

Mario Patyk began his aviation career as Sales Opportunities Manager for UK &  Ireland at British Airways World Cargo, his role was to manage four spot-pricing teams in the UK & Ireland. The department pro-actively sold British Airways World Cargo’s products and services to the forwarding agents in the UK & Ireland with a contribution of £15 million annually to the overall turnover of the UK & I territory.

He then went on to manage Sales at Global Airline Services, In this position he represented, sold and developed the represented carriers’ services to the forwarding agents in the UK & I;  and established and maintained sustainable business relationships with the client base: forwarders and carriers.

In 2015 Mario joined Airport Leipzig/Halle as Head of Business Development Cargo/Logistics, one of Europe’s top five cargo hubs with annual freight volumes of more than one million tonnes and it is Germany’s second largest freight airport.
