Marc Groenewegen

Marc Groenewegen is a Dutch national who has worked most of his career in an international environment. He started his professional life in Amsterdam at a security firm, now part of Securitas, to optimise processes, and later joined a pan-European internet service provider to lead Product Management. After spending around two years in Mexico in the automotive sector, being responsible for Business Development and Supply Chain, Marc returned to the Netherlands to join Driessen Aerospace Group. During seven years at Driessen, Marc led the Innovation teams and was responsible for Business Development which included drafting the 5-year strategies for all business units. He was also in charge of all Sales to the aircraft manufacturers, including Airbus and Boeing, which led to a successful Single Source contract for the Airbus A320 galleys and A350 galley carts. Marc joined the Unilode business in 2012 and at present holds the Chief Commercial Officer position.

Marc has a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands), as well as an MBA from the OneMBA of the Rotterdam School of Management. He speaks Dutch, English and German fluently and some French and Spanish.
