He started his professional career in Air France-KLM Cargo where he reached several management positions in Sales & Operations. After this airline experience, he joined Institut Pasteur de Paris as Global Logistics & Transportation Director from 2010 to 2014. He worked back to freight forwarding industry to build Healthcare Vertical market specifically in Europe and Africa. In 2018, he joins the pharmaceutical manufacturer and pre-wholesaler dedicated for clinical trials, Advanced Therapy Medicine Product and orphan drugs, COLCA Medical & Scientific. Now he is Chief Commercial Officer & Supply Project Director of Euromed Pharma France (Ex COLCA Medical & Scientific). He manages daily complex supply project on worldwide clinical trials, ATMP and orphan drugs, with strict temperature control, high-level of pharmaceutical compliance expectation, while considering the potential risk of shortage in the market. He works on GMP&GDP, USP, MHRA compliance and serialization process, and leads audits on healthcare end-to-end supply chain industry”

Andy Faes has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare logistics sector. He offers expertise in supply chain logistics, quality management, procurement, and temperature-controlled freight and storage. Andy has practical and theoretical knowledge of GDP and ISO13485 guidelines across air, ocean, warehousing, and trucking.
He oversees 100 offices in Europe, working with over 500 healthcare and medical device companies, and is responsible for product development, training modules, and commercial engagements. Since 2014, Andy has managed Expeditors' Healthcare Vertical for Europe from their Brussels office. Andy's career began in 1999 with American Airlines in commercial roles in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In 2007, he moved to London to join their Cargo Division for EMEA, eventually chairing the American Airlines Cargo Sales Advisory Board. In 2009, he established AA Cargo Temperature Controlled Services EPXTC, training 3,000 colleagues in GDP compliance. In 2011, Andy returned to Belgium to join Envirotainer in a global role, managing logistics partnerships. He speaks five languages, is IATA CEIV certified, a licensed GDP trainer and auditor, and serves on the IATA HCWG and Pharma.Aero Advisory Board. Andy holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from Thomas More University, Belgium, and enjoys tennis, running, cycling, yoga, and spending time with his family.

Vijan Chetty is appointed as the General Manager of the Coastal Division for the Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) in South Africa. He has fulfilled various roles within the PPECB over the past 26 years of employment. His current responsibilities include the management of product quality and phytosanitary inspections, cold chain management services, protocols and standards for cold chain,  managing research, development and innovation as well as the product owner for the cold chain digital transformation. Mr. Chetty also serves on the Cool Chain Association Executive Board where he holds the title of Treasurer.

Felix Johannes serves as the Commercial Representative Operations at Lamprecht Pharma Logistics AG in Switzerland. In his role, he is responsible for coordinating the various transport modes—air, ocean, and truck—within the operations departments. Drawing on his extensive background in airfreight, Felix brings significant expertise in handling a wide range of pharmaceutical goods. One of his latest projects involves managing pharmaceutical trials for the Cool Chain Association, leveraging the comprehensive network of Lamprecht Pharma Logistics. Felix assists the Head of Operations and the management team daily in different projects such as the implementation of a new TMS which will be implemented in November 2024. In his role as commercial representative he is responsible for the tender management at Lamprecht Pharma Logistics and holds responsibility for the customer service with close cooperation of the managers at Lamprecht Pharma.

Andreas Behnke joined Swissport in 2017 as Station Manager Cargo Basel, and in 2019 I was promoted to CEO & Station Manager Basel, responsible for passenger and cargo services at the bi-national EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse with over 600 employees. As Subject Matter Export Pharmaceuticals, he is part of the Global Cargo Committee of the Swissport. Andreas was reelected last year as representative of the Ground Handlers segment on our Advisory Board of Pharma.Aero. Throughout his career, Andreas held various senior and country management positions with a large international logistics service provider, mainly in Japan, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. Andreas graduated with a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University School of Management. He later earned the Diploma as a GDP Officer at Concept Heidelberg in Mannheim, Germany, to gain an understanding of CEIV/GDP requirements in one of Europe’s life science capitals. Andreas is a Swiss citizen, living near Basel. He is married and father of a 18-year-old son.

She then spent a few years as a Supply Chain Coordinator in biotech clinical trials before switching to the Medical Devices industry with an International Transport specialty. Having worked extensively with KLM Cargo in various managerial roles, both in the Netherlands and internationally, Hulsman has a deep understanding of the sector. Before retiring, he served as Managing Director of a 100% handling subsidiary at Düsseldorf Airport in Germany. Prior to that, Hulsman was responsible for cargo development at Cologne-Bonn Airport.
Passionate about the future of air cargo, he is particularly interested in the digitization of the industry and the push towards sustainable, green initiatives. Currently, Hulsman proudly serves as an advisory board member of the Cool Chain Association.

She is responsible for orchestrating the complex logistics for clinical trials and the commercialization of medical products worldwide. A strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on innovation, Chiara is passionate about leveraging technology to optimize supply chain performance. In June 2024 she accepted the role of Board Member of the Cool Chain Association. She lives in Switzerland and, outside of her work, she cherishes the time spent with her son, whether they're hitting the ski slopes or enjoying the peaceful Swiss countryside.
