The Danish transport and logistics company DSV Panalpina has bought Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) for $4.2 billion.
GIL is part of Agility and is based in the Middle East where it operates as a freight forwarding and contract logistics provider (3PL).
In 2020, it generated $4 billion in revenue, mainly through its air and sea freight division which boasts a workforce of approximately 17,000 employees.
