The purpose of Air Cargo Screening is to prevent the presence of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) that would compromise the security of freighter and passenger aircrafts carrying commercial goods. However, the inspection of goods may end up with difficult and costly operations depending on the type of cargo going through screening.

Over the last decade, we have been deploying solutions that improve drastically the security screening of many commodities that usually tend to be difficult to analyse when using methods such as X-Ray imaging or Explosive Trace Detection: the EMIS Series – first Cargo Metal Detection Equipment endorsed by the ECAC and qualified by the American TSA.
